However, this role is primarily for my personal brand, where you’ll be responsible for editing YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels, and creating thumbnails.
In addition to video editing for my personal brand, you will occasionally assist with agency client projects, including ad creatives, social media post designs, and other relevant creative work during your free time. This ensures a well-rounded experience while keeping your main focus on high-quality video editing.

We’re now hiring Full-Time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our outbound sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be at the frontline of our agency’s growth — reaching out to U.S.-based businesses, booking appointments, and ensuring meetings happen that lead directly to revenue.
We’re looking for driven, ambitious professionals who already have solid communication skills and want to turn sales into a serious career.
Base Salary: 70,000 PKR/month (starting)
Performance Bonuses: ₨20k–30k per client signed from your booked calls (uncapped potential — many SDRs cross 100k/month with us within 3–6 months).
Career Growth Roadmap: SDR → Senior SDR → Closer → Sales Lead → Management.
Quarterly Reviews: Performance-based salary increments and growth opportunities.
As a full-time SDR, your primary focus will be on outbound sales and meeting booking. Responsibilities include:
Daily Outreach: 120–150 cold calls/day, plus cold emails, DMs, or LinkedIn outreach when needed
Appointment Booking: Secure 1–2 qualified meetings/day for our sales closers
Meeting Confirmations: Ensure booked leads show up for meetings (via calls, SMS, WhatsApp)
CRM Updates: Log all activities properly in GoHighLevel CRM with clear notes and statuses
Collaboration: Work directly with closers and sales managers to refine strategy and improve performance.
Reporting: Share end-of-day performance metrics in the team group + weekly review calls
This is a serious sales role. We want candidates who are:

Confident on calls — cold calling U.S.-based businesses daily.
