Ahmed Solutions Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Ahmed Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to our clients (“you,” “your,” or “the Client”) through our website https://ahmedsolutions.co and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

• All service agreements with Ahmed Solutions will begin with a minimum term of three (3) months, unless otherwise specified in your signed agreement.
• Services will renew on a rolling monthly basis after the initial term, unless otherwise canceled by the Client with proper notice.
• You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and agree to pay for all services as described in the specific agreement.

• Except as required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes fees for services rendered, products sold, or any setup fees paid.

• By creating an account with Ahmed Solutions, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Inaccurate or outdated information may lead to account suspension or termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to take responsibility for all actions that occur under your account and notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

• The content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Ahmed Solutions and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

• Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ahmed Solutions.
• Ahmed Solutions is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. You acknowledge that we will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party services.

• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel ongoing services. If the cancellation occurs outside of the billing cycle, the final payment for the current month will still apply.
• If services are terminated before the end of the agreed-upon term, the Client will be charged a termination fee equal to one month’s service fee or as otherwise stated in the agreement.

• If the Client cancels services before the minimum term or outside the standard notice period, a termination fee equal to one month’s service fee will apply. This fee is to cover offboarding, data handover, and resource reallocation.

• Ahmed Solutions reserves the right to charge cards of all active clients for monthly service fees, ad spend, and any additional fees (e.g., termination fees, other services and increased pricing).
• The first month’s service fee and setup fee (if applicable) are charged upfront. Subsequent service fees are automatically billed monthly on the anniversary of the sign-up date.
• The Client authorizes Ahmed Solutions to securely store and charge their card for:
• Monthly service fees
• Ad spend (directly paid to advertising platforms like Meta, Google)
• Termination fees (if applicable)
• Additional services or increased pricing agreed to during the term of the agreement

Program Tiers & Service Fees: Ad Spend Range: Based on the Client’s ad spend, service fees will adjust to reflect additional efforts in campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

Pricing Plans:

Each program includes expanded campaign management, creative production, and optimization efforts.

• By working with Ahmed Solutions, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Doing so will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate contract termination.

• If you refer another client to Ahmed Solutions who signs up for services, you are eligible for a €300 per month referral bonus, for as long as they remain an active client. This may be paid out directly or deducted from your monthly fee, based on your preference.

• All confidential information, including pricing structures, marketing strategies, and customer details, must not be shared with third parties for a period of 3 years following service termination.

• Ahmed Solutions provides its services "AS IS," without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees of specific financial results, ad performance, or customer acquisition.
• Ahmed Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is limited to the most recent month’s service fee or re-performance of services, at our discretion.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any legal disputes will fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.

• Ahmed Solutions reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, and we may update or change the Terms and Conditions on this website as we deem necessary. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the website, and you are responsible for reviewing these updates periodically.
• By continuing to use the Service after any changes to the Terms, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
