Hey there! This is Waqas Ahmed. I run Ahmed Solutions, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses scale with social media advertising and sales. However, this role is primarily for my personal brand, where you’ll be responsible for editing YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels, and creating thumbnails.
In addition to video editing for my personal brand, you will occasionally assist with agency client projects, including ad creatives, social media post designs, and other relevant creative work during your free time. This ensures a well-rounded experience while keeping your main focus on high-quality video editing.

Ahmed Solutions is a digital marketing and performance advertising agency headquartered in Ireland. Alongside our marketing divisions, we also maintain a dedicated Web Development & Creative Department, responsible for building high-quality websites, landing pages, funnels, and digital assets for our clients internationally.
We work with:
1) Service-based businesses (U.S., Ireland, U.K., Canada) Websites, landing pages, branding, funnels, and digital systems.
2) Patients Flow (Healthcare Division) Our U.S. healthcare marketing brand where we build and maintain websites, funnels, landing pages, and patient acquisition workflows for chiropractors and private medical clinics
3) E-Commerce & Agency Clients Complete WordPress sites, store setups, product pages, and conversion funnels











We are hiring a Full-Stack WordPress Developer & Web Designer who can build complete websites independently based on client requirements.
We prioritize ability to deliver full websites end-to-end — design, layout, pages, responsiveness, plugin setup, speed optimization, and error fixing. Full development (PHP) experience is preferred but not required. Strong designers with WordPress builder experience can also apply and will be placed within the appropriate salary range.
This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, fast, and able to own web projects from start to finish.
Website Development & Design
Build complete WordPress websites from scratch based on client requirements
Design clean, modern, responsive web pages and landing pages
Create site layouts, structure navigation, and plan user flows
Use builders such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Bricks, Oxygen, etc.
Customize themes and create child themes when needed
Technical WordPress Work
Configure plugins (forms, security, speed, SEO, CRM integrations).
Fix WordPress issues such as layout problems, plugin conflicts, and broken elements
Set up hosting environments: cPanel, DNS, SSL, domain connections
Perform regular website maintenance and updates
Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance
Coding & Customization (Not mandatory but preferred)
Make custom adjustments using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Use PHP for WordPress-specific customization if capable
Funnels & Landing Pages
Build marketing-focused landing pages with strong UI/UX
Occasionally create pages inside GoHighLevel using its builder or custom code block
Ensure pages are responsive and optimised for conversions.
Documentation & Project Management
Maintain clear project notes and progress updates
Deliver work within timelines without needing micromanagement
Follow structured SOPs for design, development, and website launch
Collaborate with team members, designers, or project managers when required
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
Speed of completing full website builds
Accuracy and quality of designs
Ability to fix issues independently
Responsiveness and communication with the team
Meeting deadlines without compromise
Clean, modern, and functional layouts
Website performance scores (speed, mobile responsiveness)
Proper documentation and technical organization
These are reviewed bi-weekly or monthly
Core Requirements
Strong WordPress experience (complete website building)
Ability to design clean, modern, professional websites
Strong experience with Elementor is a must; others are a plus
Good command over HTML, CSS, JS for styling and adjustments.
Ability to troubleshoot WordPress issues quickly
Ability to take a client requirement and turn it into a full website.
Must be available 6 PM – 3 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday
Strong ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
Minimum 1–2 years of WordPress experience (preferred)
Development Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
Candidates with PHP and deeper WordPress development experience will be compensated at the higher end of the pay range (90–100k+ PKR).
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Appreciated)
Experience building sites on: GoHighLevel, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify (basic setups only)
Basic graphic design ability (Figma, Canva, simple editing).
Basic understanding of SEO structure
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT (U.S. hours)
Days: Monday to Saturday
Duration: 9-hour shift (1-hour break)
Remote-only role
Long-term commitment (6–12 months minimum preferred)

Compensation
70,000 – 100,000 PKR per month
Exact salary depends on: Design ability, Development skills, Experience, Reliability, Interview performance.
Additional increments are possible based on performance and skill growth
Probation Period: 3 to 6 months, depending on experience and performance.
Not for Students – Only hiring individuals who have completed their education.
This is a full-time position, and you cannot work with any other company or freelance clients while employed.
