Hey there! This is Waqas Ahmed. I run Ahmed Solutions, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses scale with social media advertising and sales. However, this role is primarily for my personal brand, where you’ll be responsible for editing YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels, and creating thumbnails.

In addition to video editing for my personal brand, you will occasionally assist with agency client projects, including ad creatives, social media post designs, and other relevant creative work during your free time. This ensures a well-rounded experience while keeping your main focus on high-quality video editing.

Full-Time SDR – Salary: 70,000 PKR/month (Min. 1–2 years of experience required)

SDR Intern – Paid Internship: 30,000 PKR/month (4 months internship, leading to full-time 70,000 PKR role)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

For Full-Time SDRs

Conducting a minimum of 100 outreach actions per day via cold emails, cold calls, and cold DMs

Writing compelling cold emails and direct messages to US-based businesses

Making outbound calls to prospects, building interest in our offers, and setting appointments

Maintaining CRM data and updating outreach statuses regularly

Working closely with the senior sales team to improve outreach results

For SDR Interns

Performing 50 outreach actions per day across multiple channels

Learning and adapting to cold outreach strategies and objection handling

Improving sales skills over time

Be willing to be mentored by seniors on a day-to-day basis

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) – Must-have for both roles. We will train you on sales but not on how to speak English fluently.

Strong persuasive writing skills (for email/DM outreach)

Confidence on voice/video calls – especially cold calling US-based businessese slowly, so having prior experience with Mac OS operating systems is a huge

Highly organized with ability to follow systems and meet daily outreach targets

Quick learner and problem-solver with a go-getter attitude

Bonus Points For

Previous experience working at a digital marketing agency Able to maintain high standards while working at a fast pace.

Experience using GoHighLevel CRM

Background in outbound sales or cold outreach (must for Full-Time SDR)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

8 PM to 5 AM (PKT) to align with US working hours

Compensation & Growth

Full-Time SDR: 70,000 PKR/month (Performance bonuses available)

SDR Intern: 30,000 PKR/month for 4 months → Upon successful completion, move to 70,000 PKR/month

Career growth path to Sales Executive or Account Executive positions

Probation & Terms

Probation Period: 3 to 6 months, depending on experience and performance.

Not for Students – Only hiring individuals who have completed their education.

This is a full-time position, and you cannot work with any other company or freelance clients while employed.
